Ticket & Visitor Policies

The short version: all sales are final but you can change your night, we're open rain or shine, and kids 2 and under are free.

Tickets & refunds

All sales are final. Date changes are OK.

All ticket and private campfire site sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Need a different night? Email Info@BaldwinsCreekFarm.com with your order number at least 3 days before your night and we'll move your whole order to another open night, as long as there's room.
Tickets are good only for the night you picked. Arrive anytime during that night's hours.
We can't refund or move tickets for no-shows, late arrivals, leaving early, or choosing to skip a night because of the forecast.
Each QR code scans once at the gate. A screenshot on your phone is fine. Lost your email? Use Find my order.
Private campfire sites do not include admission. Everyone in your group needs their own ticket.
Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited and not allowed under any circumstances.
If we cancel a night, we'll give you a full refund or move you to another open night if we have room.

Rain or shine. We may reschedule for unsafe weather.

We are open rain, snow or shine. Dress warmly and wear boots. Paths can be muddy or icy.
For lightning, high winds, ice or other unsafe conditions, we may delay opening, close early or cancel a night.
If we cancel a night for unsafe weather, we'll email everyone with tickets and either give you a full refund or move your order to another open night if we have room.
When the forecast is uncertain, please check our website and Instagram for the latest updates before your visit.

Kids 2 and under are free.

Ages 2 and under: free. For holiday nights, add a free 2 & under ticket (booked with at least one paid adult ticket) so we have a true head count.
Kids ticket: ages 3–12.
Adult ticket: ages 13 and up.
Staff may ask for proof of age at the gate.

Kids supervised, no pets, no outside alcohol.

Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian or another responsible adult at all times, everywhere on the farm, including the play zone, jump pad and fire pits.
No pets. Trained service animals are welcome.
No outside alcohol. Beer and wine are sold Fridays to Sundays only, to guests 21+ with a valid ID.
Keep a safe distance from fire pits and never leave a fire unattended.
Please follow staff directions. We may ask anyone acting unsafely or disruptively to leave, without a refund.

We take photos and video at our events.

We photograph and film our events. By coming in, you agree that we may photograph or record you and the children with you, and use those images on our website, social media and marketing, without payment.
If you'd prefer not to be featured, please let a staff member know or email us and we will make every reasonable effort to leave you out. Because the farm is a public space, we cannot guarantee you won't appear in photos or video. If you need to be certain you are not featured, we recommend not attending.

It's a working farm. You're responsible for your own safety.

Baldwins Creek Farm is a working farm. Risks include uneven, muddy or icy ground, darkness, farm equipment, open fires, weather, crowds, play areas and the jump pad.
You choose to visit and you accept all of these risks, known and unknown, for yourself and for any children with you.
You are responsible for your own safety, your own injuries and your own belongings, and for the safety of the children with you.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Baldwins Creek Farm and its owners, employees and volunteers from any claim for injury, illness, loss or damage that comes from your visit, except claims caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
If you bring children, you accept these terms on their behalf as their parent or guardian.

Buying a ticket or entering the farm means you agree to these policies.
